I purchased an Observer from you about 9 months ago and overall I am very satisfied with the functionality, look, fit, etc.

My only complaint is the low volume of the alarm. Is there any way to manually adjust the volume? If not, is Suunto providing any type of warranty service to correct this issue?

The Observer is 1/3 smaller in both diameter and width than the first generation Suunto Watches (Vector, Altimax, etc). It also features a chronograph, which previously was only offered in the Navitech but is now discontinued.
