We are just a US Dealer, so we don't handle ANY warranty issues after 30 days from purchase from us. If you bought your watch less than 30 days ago, contact the dealer you bought if from. If it's been more than 30 days, and you are not in North America, you have a couple options. You can go to
www.suunto.com and find who your local Distributor is, or you can contact Pekka at this email:
riku-pekka.mikkonen@suunto.com and wait for a reply. Pekka handles
Suunto warranties and is located in Finland.
