I need to replace the elastomer band on my Observer. The small plastic piece that hold the bands together has broken. I see on this website that I can order a replacement band. The website also states that I should have a jewler replace the band. My questions:

1. Can I send in my watch to Niche to have the band replaces?
2. If I order a band from the Niche website, does it come with instuctions that I can give to my jewler to replace the band?
