An FYI post on a difference between the S6 and the X6/X6HR:

Clinometer Difference:

There's really only one key difference between the clinometers on the S6 & X6/X6Hr.

If you set a clinometer reading (slope angle) before running the chrono function on the S6, it will give you a mathematical calculation of speed. The X6, which is designed with hiking, nor skiiing, in mind, cannot perform such speed calculations.
