Unfortunately, there isn't anyway that you can adjust the contrast of the watch. You might try "rebooting" the watch by holding down the left two buttons and bottom right button to turn it off. Turn it back on by pressing down the left two buttons and top right button. You really shouldn't have any issues with the contrast of the watch, but if you still feel that it is too dark, then I'd suggest giving
