My new
T6 was able to complete 2
training sessions and 1 upload before it would no longer communicate with the heart monitor
strap or my PC. My support email to
suunto.com since I could not find any phone support is as follows.
"My
T6 is less than a week old. After 2 sucessful uses of the Heart rate
function with the chest
strap including a sucessful download to my pc
the unit will no longer communicate with the
strap or my pc.
On attempt to connect to HR
strap unit shows a "No Device Found"
message.
Trouble shooting did include changing the battery in the chest
strap
device with no change in issue.
Please provide a phone number for tech support as this my assist me
reaching a more rapid solution."
