| N3 Quality Control I have owned an n3 and and now an n3i as my first Sunnto watches. The n3 had a design flaw where the alarms were too soft. The n3i is only 1 1/2 months old and the buttons are sticking. Customer service states that the repairs will take 5-6 business weeks - an incredibly long time compared to other companies.
Are these examples representative of Sunnto's commitment to quality products and good customer service??? |
