| Just how long did it take to get your watch back?
It took me 8+ weeks for them to send me a replacement. It took them 7 weeks before they even looked at it. Yes the warranty service is really GREAT but it is also very Sloooooow! I have heard that if you buy your watch from REI or other big name outfit, they will just swap it for a new one and you are on your way quick as a wink. |
