Hi everyone, I did have a cardiosport heart rate monitor which could download 2 hours of data to a PC. This broke and I continued doing PT without one. I'm now keen to start measuring again and monitoring improvement in my fitness.
I'm active, 40 years old and a gadget freak. Do I need the
T6 over the
T4 or would something else be better for general
training and taking a few knocks?
