i have a
suunto X6, and i cant seem to move the files from my watch.
Im using an RS232 serial to usb converter (with installed software), but still cant get anything over. It says "serial transfer" on my watch, but then i get that cannot connect to wristop."
its not very much fun at all.
Ideas? Comments?

suunto tech support for 30 mins and counting...
