I had no idea there was this much information about this watch! I just got the orange strapped
t3, and I had two quick questions. The first is about the
band. Is it ok to cut the
straps so that the excess on the inside of the
band
is gone? Right now it is just flapping about, and I'm afraid if I cut it and the
band is pulled by my wrist, I won't be able to fix it as I cut the
strap too short. The next question is, how do I find my average HR, and if I set my
max too low, after a run the watch will update the Max HR?
Sorry for so many questions, I'm just a bit overwhelmed!
