To close the post, I got an answer from Suunto. No storm/weather alarm on the X-Lander.

This is the second time (on two different watches) that the Suunto website has been incorrect. I suggested they audit their specs for the storm/weather alarm feature on relevant watches.

Probably just an oversight, but I bought the X-Lander just for the weather alarm...guess I should have done more research.
