You've got two choices:
1. Parallels Desktop (
Parallels Desktop for Mac) or
2. VMWare Fusion (
VMware Fusion - VMware)
Parallels is the most popular and is a typical "Windows in a windows" app while Fusion is a new approach and runs apps in a windows making it look like you're running pc apps native on the OSX desktop.
