The t3 is rated at "30m/100ft" which is really pushing it for swimming (since those depths don't really mean the depth at which you use it). Most sites recommend 100m for swimming, or 50m if you're lucky.

Not sure I want to risk my shiny new t3, but good to know that you're having no problems, at least.
