| Thanks! Did that, and the Suunto Customer service was excelent, got that issue resolved!!! Onto the next question, does anyone have MSNDirect's customer service phone number??? I've been looking all over the MSN's help/support site and they don't have it listed anywhere, I've already emailed them, but they seem to be taking their sweet time answering  Thanks again for the help!!!
