Sure you can...

Go to Baro mode and then press the select button three times to go into Sea pressure mode. Press and hold the select button for two seconds in order to enter the change mode and then press the up and down buttons to change..

A better choice is to change the reference altitude... go into the altitude mode and press and hold the select button for 2 seconds and then change your value. This will then change the barometer accordingly... Generally the altitude is more accurate than the barometer...
