Class Action Suit?

Hello, It would seem that I am among the many who have been stupid enough to waste my money on a Suunto Core watch. I am wondering if Suunto are selling something which is "Not of merchantable quality" and using the promise of an excellent warranty service (which is a joke) to further convince possible purchasers that they are putting their money with a trustworthy company who stand behind their product.
I does not seem too much to ask that Suunto cut their losses, try and win back their old customers respect by scrapping the Core line of watches and refunding the people who bought them.
It will be close to 2 months by the time I receive my watch from their warranty department that is if they send it at all. They claim to be backordered, which would indicate that they must be selling like hotcakes in the stores.Or everyone who bought one has sent it in for repair, which seems a more likely reason.
If anyone knows how to pursue a class action lawsuit, I would be interested in helping as much as I can with the process.
These companies who after years of excellent reputation sacrifice quality for a few extra bucks need to be held accountable.
