I have Suunto X6HR for 2 years now and the download was always a problem. I have got similar respond from Suunto as one of the chaps in the forum and I have eventually managed to get downloading going - kind off, it was never smooth and many times required to take battery out. I am using USB-Serial cable and downloading to Dell laptops. I have just upgraded to new E4200 Dell and already spent hours trying to get connection going but no success. I have also tried E port docking station which has 9 pin serial Com port but no luck. So frustrating!
