"Pa" means Pascal (unit for pressure)
"h" = hecto = 100
"k" = kilo = 1000
So, if we assume that 1000 = 10 x 100 ;-)
Then, 100.4 kPa = 100,400 Pa = 1004 hPa.
btw, milibar is equivalent to hPa.
