can you post a picture of how your watch looks like. It does not sound like a normal T6c. More like you may have a faulty display or something is wrong with the watch. The T6 and T6c display is easy to read in daylight and with the back light also in the dark. Did you by any chance switch on back light permanently? That may cause the display to be harder to read in normal conditions.
