The first thing to break on my
x6 was the
strap loop (I don't know the technical name). Then the
strap itself broke at the hole I tightened it to. I sent it in to be refurbished for $70. The process is quite streamlined. I received it back in a few weeks. The olive drab was discontinued and no longer stocked so I got a black one back. That's cool with me, it's like getting a new watch.
What I really wanted to do was upgrade to the titanium version, but that concept seemed to elude the customer service gal.
This time I wear my watch one notch looser than I did the last time. That puts zero stress on the
band!
Does anyone know how to go about getting the titanium upgrade? I am certain that it was a version avail. at the time I bought mine. It was a hundo extra, and I regret not getting it in the first place.
