I have just spent 15 minutes in a Q to speak to an
advisor (lord knows what cost on my phone bill!)who tells me that I can change my own bezel no problem. I am not convinced that with serious use, this problem is not going to occur again. It seems pointless designing a watch for use by the military only for it to fall apart atthe first sign of stress. If i was on operational duty now I would be pretty p***ed off right now.
NavyBrain is right, this is not acceptable and I fail to see why I should be pulling my watch apart. For the money i could have bought a garmin wrist mount
GPS and a cheaper less able
Suunto which would have ticked all boxes between them! This needs sorting out.
