Wow, this is really the worst customer service ive ever experienced, seriously, isnt there anyone who really know how the watch works? im tired of mailing with your service senter who tells me the same as ive tried over and over again, ive bought a product of yours, then show that you care about your customers and give some other help than saying "change the battery" which is obvious..
