See my comments under "tale of woe" about 15 posts down in this forum.
If they do not offer to do it for free or low cost, claim that this is a systemic problem with these watches and the warranty period should not really apply.
Point out that you will leave positive feedback on the
Suunto watches if they can take care of you properly.
