First
Core bought in '08: worked for about 6 months, then one button stopped responding.
Suunto service sent me a new one within a week.
Second
Core worked for 2 months, then just switched itself off. Opening the battery compartment showed a) completely messed up thread and b) sealing ring missing. Sent it back to
Suunto about 1 month ago. Didn't hear back.
Called
Suunto helpdesk today to find out they hadn't even looked at it. And I'm 3 days away from a trip to Mt. Everest Base Camp.
