| Did your activity class or weight change (I mean the parameters in the watch)? The calories burned are based on your weight and METs that are in the case of T3c/T4c determined from your Ativity Class. And of course the heart rate during the workout.
Also note that you second workout is about 25 minutes longer than the first one. That could explain part of the difference. The other one I assume may be due to activity class or weight changes in the parameters. |
