nop.... it´s brand new! 223 lbs, age 29, weight 190.... what is mets? i have t4c, think is not incluided,,,
i think is not a setting thing.... in a spinning class i must burned at least 300 kcal at 85% hr average, but the watch said 29kcal.... that´s sucks! what kind of parameters i need to set to work properly?
