this is a very lousy watch.. nice features ok, but very bad quality..

i bought one of them... the shop had to replace it for me 4 times in 5 months due to bad defect... 1st they replacd 3 x10, then they gave me x10M.. same problems!

now I return it back....
don't buy a suunto.... trust me !!
