Mac usage

I don't want to re-open the thread about Suunto does not support Mac. I just bought an Intel Duo Core Mac and I was wondering how to use my Suunto Software on it. I would prefer to use a virtual PC rather than Boot camp and Windows, but Virtual PC does not work on new PC's. Can anyone recommend a PC Emulator that is fairly easy to install??

Also, whoever is incharge could you add me to the list of people who are complaining about this. I am a dealer and didn't evenknow this was an issue...

Intel Dual Core Mac & Suunto

If you have a dual core, go through the process to partition your hard drive. Load WindowsXP or XP Pro. Restart and hold down the option key. A window will appear asking you if you want to open in Windows or Mac. Open in Windows. You should have no problem loading the Suunto software and running it since you are in a full Windows environment. Virtual PC will not work on the Intel Macs

Parallels

I have added Parallels to my mac and can run windows in a virtual window on my mac. This has solved the issue for now, but it is still a less than perfect solution..

If you actually have a dual core, run part of it in Windows. my son is a mechanical engineer. He had to run all his engineering programs in the PC environment. He also had to deal with all the asociated PC problems. He bought a Intel MacBookPro and has never looked back. He loves it. No crashes, fast, etc.
