| Hi there everyone X6HR - resetting itself - bought in Canada and returned - I received a replacement watch and was assured that the previous X6HR's with this problem were taken off their shelves - now the replacement watch that I have is loosing time ! Yesterday it was an hour slow ! anyone out there have this problem ? Can anyone please tell me from which date onwards were the X6HR watches fixed or from which seriel numbers onwards ? - maybe a official statement from Suunto ? Thanks Storm |

| X6 HR lost time This is most unfortunate. We are just a US Dealer, so we don't handle ANY warranty issues after 30 days from purchase from us. If you bought your watch less than 30 days ago, contact the dealer you bought if from. If it's been more than 30 days, and you are not in North America, you have a couple options. You can go to www.suunto.com and find who your local Distributor is, or you can contact Pekka at this email: riku-pekka.mikkonen@suunto.com and wait for a reply. Pekka handles Suunto warranties and is located in Finland. Hope that helps,
