Angry Suunto bad tech support!

Suunto USA really has a BAD tech support!!! I just called them regarding a couple question, the first guy sounded like he was still in bed, he jerked me around over the phone, finally he put somebody else, this lady simple said "I don't know, let me put tech support." Obviously tech support never answered the phone. Will keep the watch a couple more days, otherwise, is going back to the store!

Not sure if this helps you, or if you still have your Suunto product. But I thought I would pass it along. Try contacting Suunto USA at 800-543-9124 and punch in ext 246. Last time I called in the receptionist directed me here and the tech gave me his direct ext. in case I needed help in the future. Helped me sort out my problem with the ALTI BARO “use” function in my X6HRM. Could not figure out why my altimeter was not changing.

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I still have the T6, and I am very happy with it. Actually, I figured out myself what the proble was. Suunto USA was useless in my case.

I am just curious here. Thinking about buying a T6. What kind of problem(s) were you having with your T6? I might buzz Suunto USA again and ask some questions before I buy though.

tx!

No problems with the T6. As matter of fact, it works great. I have mine, and I ma very happy with it. The problems was with manual, specially engaging the T6 in training mode does not tell you very easy. I called SuntoUSA twice, but those people are useless!!! Get your Surnto T6, and I share with you my experiences.
