"The Warranty Period starts at the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser"
and
"To the extent your national laws permit, the Warranty Period will not be extended or renewed or otherwise affected due to subsequent resale."

That says that the watch has a two year warranty, regardless of how many times it passes hands. Furthermore, if the 5th buyer has it repaired near the end of the warranty period, they get an added three months.

What you said: That means that only a watch bought from an Authorized dealer and properly registered with a receipt from that dealer is eligible for the full two years os Suunto service- if you have a watch that falls outside of that criteria- you may not be entitled to the full 2 year warranty.

The receipt part and registered parts are YOUR words. That isn't complicated legal jargon. It is clear English.

You probably didn't read the whole post but my watch was bought on ebay and sold to me from Craig's list and SUUNTO still honored the warranty. The proof is in the pudding.
