| For the 3rd time the bezel/cover on my M9 snapped off and I had to send it in for warranty. The first time that it happened I was told that it never happened before and I should be more careful. The second time basically got me the same response. This last time I was told that they have redesigned the bezel/cover and it should not happen again. Has this happened to anyone else? If so, what was the conversation with Suunto? Thanks. |

| re: construction Same thing happened to me. Suunto support actually told me that the watch was designed to do this after a period of time. What rubbish. Just a poor design. Stay clear!!! |
