Suunto Watches

i bought my watch at feb 2009 after a few month later its work very well but after that it always reaset all functions and than that screen blackout...bateries functions not work very well and sometimes that compas not work

2 times i sent my watch at suunto dealer but still happens that problem..

how i wanna claim a to get new suunto?
