Question Compass question ( X-lander )

Hello everybody! ( Sorry about my english )

I have just bought a new Suunto watch. X-lander! I have two questions that i could`t see in the manual. When i push the + button in the compass mode field 3 goes over to a second counter. Hvat is this for? and how do I stop it? Second question, when I push the - button the hole compass lock itself. What is this function for?`And how do i get it off. I could not read anything of this in the manual.

Thank you guys

When your compass locks, that is the Bearing tracking mode. Re-read and understand which buttons scroll through sub-modes, and which buttons are used to start/stop functions. I am not sure what you are referring to with the second counter, you can have both the Timer and the Stopwatch running at the same time perhaps If you have any questions call 1800 543 9124

Look at the picture! Hope it helps

I dont think you understand me, so i took two pics of the clock in the compass mode. Again, my question is: What is the counter ( seconds) in field 3 when i push the - button. Look at the pictures. When you are in the "normal" mode in the compass mode the clock is in Field 3. I hope you understands now! I wanna know what the second counter is for! Thanks

jonas: the Field 3 counter shows you the current seconds, it simple. occurs the same when you are in main (time) mode and push (+) button. i repeat only seconds.
