X-Lander and Vector, same weight???

Hello,

I am about to buy a Suunto watch. I´ve heard they are kind of "big" for an ordinary wrist, and heavy.
As far as I know both Vector and X-Lander have the same machine, right?
So, if the only difference is the case, How can it be that both their size and weight are the same?

The Vector weights 1.9 oz as does the X-Lander.
In my opinion the X-Lander fits my wrist better, and in my opinion has a sleaker feel.
