| Vector quality poor I'm getting pretty disappointed with VEctor watches. I have returned three of them thus far. Twice because water leak problems (first time it got drenched in a downpoor, second it got exposed to snow- which should be nothing since Suunto brags about Vector watches being on Mt. Everest). This third time the altimeter just seems to be totally out-of-whack. The Vector was very important in my hike in New Zealand where I needed the altimeter and compass and it was pooring rain. But these things don't seem to last. Any opinions on another Suunto model?? I do use the alarm from time-to-time. I think this is my last attempt before I give up on Suunto. Thanks. | What a drag. Im sorry to hear your Vectors giving you problems. You should look into Suunto warrenty. Try giving them a call 1-800-543-9124 I personally own a X6HR and its sweet. A very reliable watch... http://www.suuntowatches.com/x6-hr.htm Hope this helps. |

| So far so good with my Vector. I am thrilled to have it and I actually do not find the watch to be as large as others think it is. I like it. I will post as I have it for some time, but I think it will be just the thing I have been looking for all these years. I ordered the fabric watch band and although it was difficult to change by myself, it worked fine and looks good! emt |
