Advizor Repair

I have 5 Suunto Advizor watches that are in need of some refurbishing due to the Afghanistan desert. They range from having the bezel missing, to scratched faces, to broken bands, to scratched cases. What can I do? These are $299 watches but I would be embarrassed to wear any of them. Can the computer chip be removed and reinstalled into a new case?
