How to change bezel on Advizor

Hi all,

I own a brand new Suunto Advizor but it seems that the bezel easily get's scratches. Now I want to replace the old bezel.

Does someone knows how to replace the bezel?

Is the premium part kit required to get a new bezel?

What happened to this kit? I need another and I'm being told that now I have to send in my Vector to get a simple bezel change. That's nuts!! So now I am being nickeled and dimed for having to pick up separate kits (watch band and battery - but now without the screwdrivers) and having to waste time on a replacement bezel. Perhaps I should just switch to another watch (and NOT Suunto this time)?? Suunto once had great customer service and I was proud to wear their watch. I'm wondering what happened.
