What is basic difference between Ragatta and Yachtsman?

About to purchase one of the above Suunto models. Is the only differences between the Ragatta and Yachtsman in the case appearance? The composite material vs alumunum are evident differences but what about the interior features of the watches?

sorry for the delay, I must have missed this one.

The Regatta does not measure barometric pressure, the Yachtsman does.

The timers are a bit different to:
The Regata timer:
-Countdown from 10 minutes; adjustable from 10 minutes to 1 minute by the minute.
-Beep signal every minute, every 10 seconds during last minute, and every second during the last 10 seconds
-Timer adjustable to closest full minute during count down
-Automatic start of stopwatch after completed countdown

The Yachtsman timer:
-Countdown from 60 minutes; adjustable in 5-minute increments from 60 to 15 minutes, and from 15 minutes to 0 by the minute
-Beep signal every five minutes down to 15 minutes, then every minute, every 10 seconds during last minute, and every second during the last 10 seconds
-Timer adjustable to closest full minute during count down
-Automatic start of stopwatch after completed countdown

Hope that helps,
