Replacement Bands for LUMI

I would like to know why I cannot get an accessory pack (Florette) for my new watch. I had a jewelry store size the band and now its too short and need a replacement. I have placed my order 2 months ago. I was told it would be shipped within 2 weeks, but now still nothing 6 weeks later.
