Core clock accuracy, lags 10 seconds/3 weeks.

Hello All! My Core clock seems to lag about 10 seconds every 3 weeks.
So I have to manually adjust the clock. Otherwise the Core is working well.
Do you have the same problem ? Is this an indicator that the battery soon will wear out our what ? Thank for your answers!
