Talking no device found -mosquito

I recently purchased a suunto mosquito.
I tried connecting to my laptap but to no avail.
I'm using SDM 2.3.x and a usb interface.
I tried reinstalling and removing the software and driver, removing and replacing the battery nothing seems to work.
Can anyone have any idea how to connect this thing?

thanks,

Hi there,

You will have to contact Suunto technical at 800-543-9124. I am not sure what could be wrong.

Just in case you didn't spot it in the manual, it's probably worth noting that aswell as having installed the drivers and diver manager software, you do need to put your dive computer into its data transfer mode. Guess why I'm emphasising this?

For the Mosquito, that means hit the top-right button until you're in MEM mode, then hit top-left until you're in TR-PC mode. Then wait a couple of seconds before launching the data transfer wizard in the dive manager program.
