Why no dive watches on Suunto's website?

I was looking to pick up a dive watch/computer and thought I'd check out Suunto as I'd seen many used by fellow divers but I can't find any on Suunto's website. Has Suunto moved away from making dive watches? I thought about getting a Stinger, anyone have one? If so, how have you found it? Any problems? Thanks in advance for any assistance.

I've a stinger and it was just great till about a month ago. it has collected a little rust about the bezel during 250 dives despite always being rinced off after. the PC connection tends to get a build up of ****, so you have too scrape it a little to get a decent contact.
As of a month ago it's showing the battery to be medium to low and one of the buttons is now failing to work. The LCD screen is also beginning to fail. I hope it's just low power not water ingress! Guess i'll get it to Suunto and find out. I've had it about two years now so it's about time!

FYI I believe the stinger is discontinued these days. It's replacement the D4 looks nice!
The best.
Dan

I "believe" it's discontinued.....but then i believe some strange things!
I was after a Stainless strap a couple of months ago and Suunto U.K. said they'd "stopped making them". I assumed they'd meant the Stinger. I could well be wrong (wouldn't be the first time) they could just have meant the straps i guess.
It'd be worth checking before you buy a new one though. I can't find much online support for older Suunto computers. If it were me looking for a new unit i recon i'd go for the D4 (even though i'm very happy with the Stinger) purely cos it does all the same things (minor differences in O2 partial pressure range, unit weight etc) and seems to cost similar (Lucas Divestore-Lucas Divestore)
Dealer's choice of course! you pays yer money and yer takes yer chances.

Does any one else clever out there see any noticeable differences between the two? My analysis of the comparison has not beet thorough!
