Not made in China

Stick with the Vectors, and X-landers. They are the ones that I am fairly sure are made in Finland.

At the moment, I'm using SUUNTO KB-20, which is surely a perfect instrument for outdoor use, whether it's professional marine use or a hobbiest swimmer. I'm not an all time Suunto user so I don't know much about the stores from where you can purchase a Suunto (not China made); since SUUNTO KB-20 is my ever first Suunto watch.

Hi,

on friday,,,
a light black core.

overall i really like the watch

pros
- nice size
- great features
- looks good

Cons
- the loose bezel makes it feel like a cheap disposable £10 fashion watch (not a £200 sports watch),, why not just use a solid plastic or solid metal bezel instead,,
one with a decent knurling on the outside?

- it doesn't feel like a very tough watch at all,
30m water resistance is fine as long as it is really 30m. otherwise, going on the standard other watches apply,,,it's barely splash resistant.

- the strap is thin and again,,, feels just plain cheap

this just doesnt feel like an outdoor watch.

Suunto T6C

Just purchased my red T6C (I guess limited edition) and it is made in Finland. Had many Polar watches before, but huge problems on the last purchased ones. After checking all the "problem" ones had been manufactured in China.
.....and this from a guy who is living for 3 years now here in China and manufacturing products for the Western market. At least I di see many places where stuff get mass-produced and shipped out of China. If you would see and deal with it on a daily base,......you would understand why. Sorry China!

My X3Hr was made in China and has worked flawlessly as my cycling HRM for two summers now.

My Elementum Terra was made in Finland and has worked perfectly since I received it in the late Spring.

Not true

To the best of my knowledge, all Suunto Products EXCEPT FOR THE CORE are Made in Finland.

If you want to be sure, go to an authorized retailler and check the back of the watch and check the box. It will be written there.
