Help with plan a route

Hello,

Sorry for my bad english, I'm form de Netherlands, but I can't find a dutch forum for my question about Suunto X9i.
I want to plan a route but this is the first time I work with a GPS. So my question is can somebody helps me or have somebody a internetsite were I can read exactly how it works.
I hope somebody can help me.

You manual has most of the info, Or you can use one of the software programs. (which is the easiest way). And Tyler posted a link a couple of eweeks ago to a compendium site. These are the best places to get the info that you want to find..
