The poly strap on my ought 5 x6 broke about a year ago. I finally got around to sending it in for a re-do. I requested all new except the computer and an upgrade to the titanium version. I wish I had picked it in the first place. The poly straps do not last long.
You have to be using a Windows 'machine' to download and print the DHL shipping info and the RMA. Since I'm a Mac, I had to saddle up next to the trolls in the basement of the public library My wife just received a new Windows pc for her telecomuting job. Didn't Windows come out with a new OS last year? Vista or something like that?? Anyways, it has XP.
