Suunto core and a bad jeweler:(

does anyone have any experience with a core watch that has water in the inner workings? I had the battery changed(bad Jeweler) in mine and went for a swim and the thing konked out. I currenty have the battery out and drying on my desk. I am hoping that someone may have experience with successfully rehabililtating the watch..
