Observer problem

I have an Observer that recently started exhibiting some strange behaviour. When you go to set the time, the seconds start counting upwards instead of the watch waiting for user input to set the time. This makes it impossible to set the time.

Does anyone know how to reset this watch or if this is even possible?

Hi there,

Try holding down the two top buttons and the bottom right-hand button simultaneously for 2 seconds. This will reset the watch. If it does not reset, there could be something else wrong with it.

But, try this first.
