| I am not following you I didn't quite follow the reply in my last post so I will throw it out there again. When I brought my watch home, put it on, the temperature shown on the watch was higher than it was actually in the room. Certainly you own body heat will effect the reading of the temp. I need to set the temperature on my watch down. Whats the best way to get a reading and set your temperature, should I use my house thermastat or should I get an official reading from weather.com and walk outside and set it.. what would you do? the temerature reading now is really far off so it does me no good displaying an inaccurate reading. |

| The wristop can't be in direct sunlight for an accurate reading. It needs to sit in the shade for about ten minutes to become accurate. There is not a way the user can adjust the temperature. This can only be done at the factory or Suunto s. service centers. If it's still off by more than two or three degrees, I would send it in for warranty repair. Call warranty at SuuntoUSA at 800-543-9124 or Tech Support at the same number if you think this is the case.
